NOTE from the Author
SUSHI grew out of a need to keep track of production tasks while trying to concentrate on the artistic side of directorial chores while doing photography, preparation and post, confessor or pysch doctor for the talent, cook, driver, repairman and agent.
SO, the tool has functionality like other production tools, but it also has functions that help the producer or director with a small to inexistent crew. You convert the text of the script into a database, fill in the database ( talent, crew, resources, funds, etc. ) using the provided tools and then you schedule and shoot the database.
In the case of working with a living crew, SUSHI allows you to make a "CALL SHEET" for daily shooting,
Animation productions can use our ASSETS and "SHOT LIST", but the same tools have Live-action hooks.
SUSHI has been in developement for a long time. Time to take it out for a spin.

Unpack to a new program directory, call it SUSHI. I does not have to be in the PROGRAMS directory. It can work fine from any USB key. Just send a link from the hub program "SUSHI\bin\SUSHII.exe" to the desktop, and you'll be in business. (You may alternatively send links from each of the programs to the desktop or a desktop directory for simultaneous direct access, which is awesome for scheduling, just sayin')
SUSHI works fine with flat ASCII files, but Invisible and control characters confuse the logic. Make sure your file is ALL plain vanilla ASCII.
